Welcome to our apartment ideally located in the chic and popular Prébendes district, perfect for a comfortable stay with family, friends or colleagues.

The living room is bathed in light, making it cocooning. You can relax on the sofa to read, watch TV or enjoy the fiber Wifi connection.
The kitchen is open to the living room to reinforce the friendly aspect of the place. Everything is at your disposal to concoct good little dishes like at home (hotplates, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.).

The night area has a first bedroom with a comfortable Queen Size bed; perfect for a good night's sleep. A large desk and storage space are at your disposal.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed.

Finally, the bathroom completes the night area. The latter is equipped with a double sink and a bathtub where you can relax after your day of work or discovery! The toilets are separate.

Big bonus: the living room opens onto a beautiful, quiet terrace. You can enjoy the beautiful days on this terrace furnished with a table for your outdoor meals.

Children are welcome: a travel cot is at your disposal (linen not provided) as well as some toys/books.

For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee (bed linen and towels at your disposal). You will only have to put down your luggage!

Access to the apartment is very easy.
In the heart of Tours, everything is accessible on foot from the apartment:
- The historic center / Old Tours: 15/20 minutes
- Tours train station: 10 minutes
- Place Jean Jaurès: 5 minutes

Parking is free on the street and in the surrounding streets.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.

Residential and quiet district of Tours, Les Prébendes is the chic district of Tours.
No buses in the streets, many pedestrian or one-way streets to limit noise.
You will also find the very famous and magnificent Jardin des Prébendes a stone's throw from the apartment, for a pure breath of fresh air.

Within a 10-minute walk, you will find all the amenities (pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.).

Tram line A stop "Jean Jaurès" is a 10-minute walk away.
Allow 5 minutes of walking to take bus line 2 or 10 going to the stop "Salengro"
