This used to be an Econolodge (sign is still out front) but has a new owner from India. The husband and wife running the place are improving it per his desire to maybe flip it. So I gave it 4* because they are still in the process of bringing up the quality of the room. There was good lighting, good bed, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, A/C, shampoo, bathtub, good location, quiet, and parking fine. The staff was great as my TV/Roku stick didn't work but they replaced it. Like I said, they are improving the place but have a ways to go which is why I can't give it 5* right now.

It was a comfortable stay for a night on the road, definitely not a high end hotel but the price was extremely affordable. Was perfect for what we needed. Front staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The 1st room I got had a bed that felt like it was ran over with a car. The 2nd room had better beds, but the TV didn't work. The 3rd room had better beds and the TV worked partially. All the rooms were supposed to have new TV's but didn't. All the rooms were dated, poor drapes, rusting chrome in the bathroom. The pool is not useable. There is no breakfast because they haven't had the health inspections performed. There were no ice machines. I went to Hotels.com and read the reviews before the stay... turns out they were mostly all lies. Hotels.com had the rating at 80%... I give it a 20%. This property was just bought, and they are trying to clean it up. Give them a year or two. They might get there.

There was no one at the desk at check in, about 7 PM. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone showed up. After an 8 hour drive, that was not appreciated.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was outstanding. They are just taking over this hotel and they’re doing an excellent job. I had a slight problem trying to figure out the TV. They came over to my room immediately and helped me resolve it and I had a nice quiet day, and my service dog was allowed. Will definitely stay again on my way back down to Florida.

Front desk staff is extremely welcoming! Extremely convenient location off of I-95. Great value for what you pay. If you need a place to lay your head, this is it! Use the money you save a splurge on a nicer room later on in the trip guilt free!

Managers are amazing! Hotel is currently under renovations but our room was nice and cozy! Management was extremely helpful answering any and all of my questions from the hotel to the town as I am new to the area! Not sure how many rooms are actually available because of the renovating in progress but I would definitely recommend and I will be back if I need a room while in the area again!
