Jacuzzi tub leaked and you couldn't turn the light on until the tub was filled above the level of the jets because it would spray across the room. You could tell the housekeepers just flew through the room and breakfast was not very good

We've stayed here twice in the "off season". Both times we were pleasantly surprised for the price. This time there were a few slightly loud guests but only before 10pm. Overall a good value.

This was the worst stay ever! All the reviews everywhere on it are so good and the photos looked really nice, so I thought I was booking a cute, clean, and safe place. I was fooled, whoever they hired to do there pictures did a fantastic job because it looks nothing like it did in the pictures in person. I should have known it was going to be a horrible experience just from the beginning of getting there. I have seizures, so I am always with my seizure alert dog. He is always in his vest and leash that has stated service dog. Before we go anywhere I make sure it is service animal friendly. The moment I walked into the building before I could even get up to the front desk the young guy behind the desk yells at me no pets allowed! Online I read that this hotel does allows service animals, so I got up to the desk so I was not yelling back at him and I said I’m sorry I must’ve misunderstood online it says service animals are allowed? He rolled his eyes at me took a big deep breath and said yeah they are allowed. We finally get all checked in and make it into the room, the smell starts to make me feel sick. but I think , I can just air this out and it will be ok. Then the sheets were dirty so I ask for new bedding they had to go up to the room and make sure it was really dirty. Then tells me we don’t know how to make the bed. You can have new sheets, but make it yourself. The walls were also very thin so I could hear every single thing all night. I’ll never be back.
