Modern and Stylish Condo Close to Downtown!

Summary:
New condo equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in Traverse City! Open concept layout that contains stainless steel appliances and new finishes throughout the entire space. Enjoy a loft bedroom that overlooks the condo and provides some privacy as well. There is a sleeper sofa on the main floor, as well as a Smart TV so you can enjoy all your favorite television shows. Basic kitchenware and cooking supplies are provided, if you prefer to eat-in for your meals.

The Space:
These condos were recently built and are ready to accommodate anyone who decides to visit. Please note that there is no Cable TV but there is a Smart TV in the living room but you will need to provide your own personal login to have access to the streaming services. Please remember to logout prior to your departure*.

Getting Around:
There is one parking spot dedicated for this unit. Please park in the spot that is labeled 508-3.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available through the AirBnB app and there will be a welcome sheet provided in the unit with additional instructions for your stay.

We stayed in this beautiful place for two nights, and definitely would again. Super-clean, and the place felt very new. The vibe is a little more hotel than staying in someone's home. That's not bad at all, but if you want more of a homey-feel then maybe this would not be the best. We really liked the location. You are practically next store to Oakwood Proper, Tank Space (brewery), and a nice bakery breakfast spot. It felt good to be away from the crowds downtown. But when we were in the mood for that it was a very pleasant 20 minute walk or so through some pretty neighborhoods and parks to get right in the heart of things. Check-in was smooth and easy.

Condo was very nice, shower is pretty small. Location was close to lots of things to do, it was pretty easy to get around. Nice amenities and the best checkout process I've experienced VRBO. We enjoyed exploring the area.

Wonderful property, very clean and well appointed. Riley was excellent and extremely responsive with communication both before and during our stay. Had an amazing stay.Great location with a grocery store at walking distance, minutes to downtown and accessible amenities. The place was spotlessly with a very well equipped kitchen. A clearly labelled dedicated parking spot was easy and convenient. Check-in was smooth. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Overall nice but needs some improvement

There can be some small improvements that are cost effective, more places to leave trash, and bigger trash in the kitchen , the main bed was very uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep well for the 2 nights , uncontrollable noise from the building next to us with a barking dog at midnight and multiple times during the day , As well the small heater on the wall downstairs barely keep up with the very cold night , upstairs stayed warm , just my son was cold on the pull out couch and the heater was on high.
