Treat yourselves to a delightful stay in this cozy 45 m² suite, recently renovated. Located in a quiet residential area, it's just 10 minutes from the center of Périgueux and the A89 motorway. Enjoy independent access via a separate entrance at the back of the house, with the bedroom upstairs.



You have a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140), plus a single bed and a baby cot available on request. The suite features a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, storage space, and a table with chairs for breakfast while overlooking the park.



Amenities include a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small fridge, basic dishes, as well as a microwave and hotplate. You'll benefit from fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, TV, and self check-in for flexibility. There is no kitchen. A courtesy tray is included.
