Welcome to Suite Maraval, a peaceful retreat in the heart of Périgord. This cozy 45 m² suite, recently renovated with care, offers you all the comforts of an independent stay just 10 minutes from Périgueux’s historic center and the A89 motorway.
Enjoy private, autonomous access to your suite via a separate entrance at the back of the house. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), plus an extra single bed and a baby cot available on request. The living area features a corner sofa, TV, and breakfast table, creating a warm, inviting space. Bed linens, bath and pool towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.
Breakfast is self-served (not provided). At your disposal: coffee, tea, milk, juice, biscuits, and crispbreads. You have access to a Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plate, and fridge. Please note: no kitchen.
A mobile air conditioner with night mode and an extra fan ensure cool, quiet nights. High-speed Wi-Fi and TV are included.
Outside, relax on your private terrace in the garden. You have free access to the pool. As the pool is in front of our living areas, we kindly ask you to respect the peace of the property for everyone’s comfort.
Two on-site parking spaces, bike storage, and a ping-pong table are available. Events are not permitted.
Shops are 5 minutes away by car. Walking trails are nearby. Discover Périgueux and its Saint-Front Cathedral, local markets, renowned Périgord cuisine, and exceptional prehistoric sites in the area.
