The room was okay .. although when I went to turn down the bed, there was a piece of candy right under the sheet. I asked the desk if someone could come and change my sheets that did not happen on the first night nor did it happen on the second day, therefore, I had to sleep on top of the bedding with my own blanket. I called twice again and asked to have the sheet changed for my second night and that was not done either. It wasn’t that bad a room. It was a place to sleep although the prices were lower when I checked their website and they couldn’t help me out because they said I booked through a third-party, but there was a difference of $20 per night and that kind of infuriated me a little

The first room had an outlet with a metal piece stuck in it resulting in my son getting shocked when trying to plug in a charger. The second room the floor in the bathroom was not attached and coming up and dirt caked on around the bottom of the walls

Had to change my room there was a roach crawling in closet and dead spiders and tiks by the lamp collecting dust . Seems lime housekeeping dont sweep and mop my toddlers feet were black within 15minutes of runnin around room barefool .

The rooms were very dirty. The floor was disgusting. The bathrooms were dirty, looks like a flood at one point and not cleaned well. It is the worst place I have ever stayed.

The rooms to me were not the cleanest they could’ve been better. We didn’t look like they swept or mopped found here in the sink. We found a bug in the bed just went so it wasn’t that bad. Overall, the staff was great and for a one night stay it was doable. Thank you.

BEWARE! I should have read the reviews! Bugs in the room along with cobwebs! Rooms dirty some sauce or something on wall shows rooms are not properly cleaned! Rust in AC vents and desk lamp! Bed is VERY firm essentially the equivalent of a cardboard box! People smoking weed and drinking around property (the night i was there anyway) Previous reviews state bedbugs and cockroaches! If you check in before getting to the room dont expect a refund, if youre not satisfied upon getting to your room! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!

You get what you pay for

The check in staff was friendly. When we checked in the room it was do dirty (floors sticky, stains everywhere, flooring in bathroom was coming up). My kids took their shoes off and after a couple minutes of walking around their socks were completely black . Did not feel comfortable staying in the room with my kids contemplated biting the bullet and buying a new hotel for the night. Was able to be switched to another room which was an upgrade from disgusting to just dirty outside the room was someone's throw up. That was there all day and all night and there the next morning . I would not stay here again

Solocite limpieza de la habitacion en 4 ocaciones y no pasaban en 12 dias solo pasaron una sola vez a limpiar. La habitacion no estaba completamente limpia al llagar. En verdad que no lo recomiendo para estadias largas si vas de paso por una sola noche estaria bien. La dama que atiende en el desayuno fue excelente es lo unico bueno mantenia area desayuno limpia y atenta a todos.
