DOGS WELCOME
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Cats and other animals are not permitted. We kindly ask that guests supervise their dogs and clean up all pet waste from the yard and outdoor areas.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
A small natural brook with a connecting stream runs along the edge of the lawn and is visible from the porch. Ducks are frequent visitors. This is a natural feature only and is not intended for swimming or water access. Children must be supervised outdoors at all times. The water levels naturally vary throughout the year. During periods of limited rainfall, portions of the stream may have lower water levels.
OUTDOOR FIRE SAFETY
Guests use the grill, fire pit, propane lobster cooker, and propane fire table at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Never leave flames unattended. Do not use the fire pit during high winds or when local fire restrictions or burn bans are in effect. Ensure all flames are fully extinguished after use and that all propane appliances are turned off completely when not in use.
HOT TUB RULES
• Use at your own risk. Guests assume all responsibility for hot tub use.
• Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended occupancy.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No glass, food, rough play, lotions, or oils.
• Shower before use.
• Maximum temperature: 104°F.
• Limit use; exit immediately if feeling unwell.
• Keep cover closed and locked when not in use.
• Please report any issues promptly.
For extended stays, we may need to perform brief hot tub maintenance during your reservation to ensure the water remains clean and safe. We will always coordinate with you in advance.
EXTERIOR SECURITY
Exterior cameras are located at the front of the property and driveway areas to monitor arrivals and departures for safety purposes. There are NO cameras inside the home of facing the backyard, hot tub, or other private guest areas.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the main house, seperate above-garage apartment, and backyard amenities, The garage, basement, dining room storage closets, and select storage areas will remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
