If you dream of an unforgettable holiday in Ticino surrounded by natural beauty, the FINESTRA BLU will be your heart\'s desire: this marvellous one-bedroom apartment enjoys a priceless lake view! The apartment is located inside an elegant building with direct access to the lake; you just need to look out of the numerous windows of the house to catch a glimpse of the gentle waters of the Ceresio and the green mountains framing it.



As you enter, you will be greeted by a spacious living room, composed of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa where you can relax watching a movie or readiny a book at the end of the day; and the dining area, with a table for 4 to host lunches and dinners. From here you have access to the panoramic terrace, where your evening aperitifs will find the right atmosphere! The sofa becomes a French double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home and furnished with a table for two for snacks and breakfasts.

The romantic double bedroom has a very large lake view thanks to the corner window. The bathroom with shower completes the flat.

The condominium has a wonderful green garden with palm trees, trees, a pergola with a stone table for outdoor dining and a private pier for summer bathing days and boat docking.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Stroll along the lakeside promenade for 2 km to reach picturesque Caslano and its Lido, or cross the border to Italy and reach Lavena Ponte Tresa with its many shops and supermarkets, restaurants and bars. From Ponte Tresa you can take the boat to the main villages on Lake Ceresio. Lugano is 10 km away.

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you will reach the flat in 15/20 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station take the Trenino S60 direction \"Ponte Tresa\" for 11 stops and get off at the Ponte Tresa terminus.
