Welcome to Trévou-Tréguignec, just a stone's throw from the splendid Trestel beach, accessible on foot at only 150 metres. This fully furnished house can accommodate up to 8 travellers (6 adults and 2 children) in a calm and friendly setting. It features a large enclosed garden, ideal for families, as well as a 50 m² terrace with a barbecue to fully enjoy beautiful summer evenings. Perfectly located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, it offers an ideal starting point for exploring the region. Between sea, nature and relaxation, everything is gathered for unforgettable holidays in Northern Brittany.
Push open the entrance door and discover a large living space of 40 m², warm and bright. You can share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or prefer the terrace one, ideal for beautiful days. In the evening, relax in one of the two lounge areas, each equipped with sofas, coffee table and one of them with a television. On winter evenings, the wood stove is accessible to you. The kitchen, independent, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Senseo, a kettle and a toaster.
The night area consists of 4 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is a master suite with a double bed (140x190 cm), a storage wardrobe and its private bathroom with WC. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) awaits you, as well as two smaller bedrooms, one for children with two single beds (90x190 cm) and the other under the slope with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) that can be brought together to form a double bed.
A second bathroom with a hairdryer, shower, and toilet is available on the ground floor.
For more comfort, a washing machine located in the laundry room is at your disposal.
A travel cot is also present in the house.
Finally, you will be able to park up to two vehicles in the private courtyard of the accommodation.
