bedding and bath towels were clean, there was a smell in room - maybe stale cigarettes, there was trash on floor and dry grass on floor - if the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed could I trust the bathroom floor was clean? I kept shoes on at all times, there were mildew stains in the shower, breakfast was plentiful and good variety - but had no flavor Our biggest complaint was the Tv in the breakfast area was set to a politically specific channel. Management should realize they will have guests of all types and not have the tv in a public space politically charged left or right. Find a neutral channel - there are plenty.

We are on a road trip to Grand Junction and needed a quick stop along the way. Reservations online were easy, check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and quiet and just what we needed. I love automated checkout so we could get right back on the road.

Promised a handicap accessible room but given the last room in the complex w/o handicapped parking. Bathroom was absolutely filthy, along w/ soiled & worn room carpeting!

The front desk young lady was so incredibly helpful. We had a flat tire and she found someone to help pump it up and gave us directions to Walmart so that we could get it fixed. She and her brother were so kind and pleasant. We were truly grateful.

The bed was hard. We had little tiny pillows. Wash clothes & towels where hard & scratchy. I could smell cigarette smoke on all bedding. Breakfast was awful!

This place is fantastic. Our room and the area had a million dollar view of the mountain range around it. The hotel also had the Sunset Lounge attached. It was terrific. The view was stunning and the food was first rate. The two nights we were there they had a saxophone player entertaining us. The room rate was reasonable and we got an early check-in.
