The house
Furnished and built in traditional Sardinian style, Rocca Ruja is on two floors. The living area is on the ground floor: a large open room with large windows overlooking the outdoor terrace, complete with a sitting area with sofas, a fireplace and a dining table. Next to it is the kitchen, enclosed in a delightful alcove.
Also on the ground floor are the first double bedroom, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe for all your needs. This corner is a combination of art, attention to detail and style, with its ocean blue and stone grey furnishings and profiles.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a separate bathroom available for both. Both rooms open onto the pleasant grove surrounding the villa.

The exterior and swimming pool
Surrounded by lush greenery and offering a unique view of the sea to the west. The partially sheltered veranda is elegant, furnished with comfortable sofas, deckchairs and a sunbathing area on the wooden patio, right in front of the infinity pool from which you can enjoy every sunset. A sheltered barbecue area at the rear of the villa completes the Domus in all its beauty.

The setting
Rocca Ruja is located on a 1,500 m² plot, in a complex with a few other villas nearby. It is situated in the upper part of Costa Paradiso, east of the village. Peace and privacy are guaranteed. A 10-minute drive takes you to the service centre with a market and all the essentials, as well as the port, from where you can walk to Cala Li Cossi or take a dinghy to the beautiful Cala Tinnari.
