The access door to the room was not working.Additionally there was so much noise by other occupants in the adjoining rooms & from the rooms on the 1st floor.The noise and disturbance continued untill 01:30 hours the next day.due to this issue i checked out from the property at 0430 hours and had to check in at another place to cover up my lost sleep.The hotel needs to have a policy to check the nopise disturbance by other residents.My experience is very very poor and would not recommend this place to anyone travelling for a quiet sleep after their work.The floor also had a few dead ants near the washroom which was scary.

Could be Better.

A wee bit run down, particularly the entrance, needs cleaning up gardens an overgrown mess, missing and loose tiles on steps and at front desk. Rooms were very clean, stayed two nights, no cleaning service, no where to hang your towel, no soap dish. Staff were all very friendly and polite. In an industrial area.

Water leaked in our room and they did nothing about it. The phone didn’t work, the breakfast was horrible we had to go out to eat. The towels were dirty and they wouldn’t change them for 3 days

I should have slept in my car. Would have been better. Bookings first time with expedia and will neverbdo that again. Complicated to cancel and refund due to room and/or access. The whole processwas simply undesirable and frustrating. Nearly an hour to finally get in the 3rd room

Parking needs lots of maintenance. Asphalt is behond its life expentency with numerous pot holes. No marking for parking which cause people to park where ever and makes travelling difficult. It would also amper the mouvement of firetruck or ambulance in case of emergency. Even if we are reaching summer, the nights are colds. It was 7 degrees Celcius overnight (45F). The heat was turned off in the hotel and there was no extra blankets available in the room, like you would find in many establishment. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Sketchiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The parking lot was nearly empty. It was super run down. Located in a sparsely populated industrial area. The room smelled. The sheets didn’t seem clean. Overall the room was not in good shape, and did not at all resemble the pictures advertised.

SĂ©jour dĂ©cevant compte tenu du prix payĂ©. Le service Ă©tait lent et peu accueillant, donnant l’impression de dĂ©ranger. La chambre nĂ©cessitait des rĂ©parations, et bien que le lit ait Ă©tĂ© propre, la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer, surtout en dĂ©plaçant les meubles. L’humiditĂ© ambiante et un thermostat difficile Ă  rĂ©gler rendaient le confort thermique compliquĂ©. Le lit manquait Ă©galement de confort. La prĂ©sence d’une piscine Ă©tait annoncĂ©e, mais il n’y en avait pas. Le dĂ©jeuner offert Ă©tait froid et trĂšs limitĂ© en choix. Servie accueil samedi apres midi horrible. EmployĂ© insolent. J’ai aussi rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec deux lits doubles, j’ai eu une chambre avec un lit, je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Toilette du 107 dĂ©fectueuse, elle coule sans cesse, donc toujours un bruit.

The lobby was very fancy and clean, but as we went to our room the facility was run down . Didn’t even seem like the same hotel. Our room was ground level with a door to the parking lot. We got there at 3 :30 am, noticed that the room stank of must but were too tired to deal with it, the beds and washroom were clean. It wasn’t until I woke up that I realized the stink was due to the carpet by the window and parking lot door was soaking wet. No way they didn’t know when they cleaned the room
