Northstay - Villa Nansen

Villa Nansen is a modern detached house built in 2023 with stunning mountain views, perfect for families and groups of friends. The house offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center, hiking trails, and nature experiences, Villa Nansen is a place where it’s easy to feel at home – modern, bright, and comfortable, with a view you’ll never tire of.

Layout
The villa is spread across two floors, offering generous space and a modern standard.

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms – all bright, spacious, and furnished with comfortable double beds. Each room has wardrobe space.

Bathrooms
The villa has two fully equipped bathrooms with showers, toilets, and underfloor heating. Both bathrooms are modern and tiled.

Kitchen & Living Room
The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware. It flows into a large living room with a dining area and a comfortable sofa section.

Lounge Area
The living room features large windows with views towards the mountains. Here you’ll also find a TV, fast WiFi, and plenty of seating.

Outdoor Area
The property includes a balcony with space to enjoy both the sun and the view. In winter, you can watch the Northern Lights from the property, while in summer you’ll experience the Midnight Sun.

Free parking is available.

Location
The villa is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with short distance to nature, shops, and Tromsø city center.

As a guest in Villa Nansen, you will have exclusive access to the entire property.
