Relax in this stylish and peaceful North Troy third floor loft. Be within a mile of Peebles Island and two miles of the downtown Troy area. Free on street parking is available.We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

A stylish third floor one-bedroom apartment. Note that there are fairly steep steps leading up to the apartment entrance. The apartment is located on the third floor , there for you will need to climb stairs. If stairs is not your forte, please check out our first and second floor units that have a more wide a regular staircase.
