The room in the advert is very well photographed as when you get into the room, you are greeted with the bed and the bed only has one pillow each AND the headboard kind of sits too high so the pillow goes under the headboard which you have to keep moving during the night. The bathroom is VERY small - a large person wouldn't be able to fit in the shower as the entrance to it is too snug, You cant hang anything up on the hangers and stand up properly to use the toilet. You can not get two people in the bathroom. The parking is very reasonable but by the morning our car was covered in Sap from the trees, and I mean covered. Would we stay again, the answer is no due to the mentioned above. Aircon was good but neither of us got a good night sleep due to the comfort of the bed and pillow.

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s aprĂšs les horaires de check in (Ă  22h40). Il est normalement censĂ© y avoir un service de Check in automatique sur une borne oĂč il faut rentrer le code B&B ainsi que le nom de famille de la rĂ©servation. Or, nous n’avons jamais reçu de code B&B ni de la part de l’hĂŽte, ni de la part de HĂŽtels. Com. Ce n’est pas normal, nous avons attendu 1h en essayant de trouver de l’aide, en appelant les services clients, sans rĂ©ponse. Nous avons donc dĂ» payer une autre chambre Ă  la borne automatique pour ne pas ĂȘtre Ă  la rue. Le lendemain, nous avons demandĂ© un remboursement de la nuit payĂ©e en double Ă  la dame de l’accueil, qui remet la responsabilitĂ© du manque de communication Ă  HĂŽtels. Com. Concernant le confort et service, il est prĂ©cisĂ© qu’il y a un parking gratuit dispo, alors que celui-ci n’est plus accessible depuis plusieurs annĂ©es, et les chambres cĂŽtĂ© rue sont plutĂŽt bruyantes car Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’un boulevard. SĂ©jour plutĂŽt mitigĂ© dans l’ensemble, je dĂ©conseillerai Ă  la fois l’endroit et surtout le service client de B&B et d’hĂŽtels.com.

Si la chambre n’avait pas dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© payĂ©e, j’aurais changĂ© d’hĂŽtel. ArrivĂ©e vers 16h, personne Ă  l'accueil, il faut s'enregistrer sur une borne avec un numĂ©ro que l'on a jamais reçu (les autres clients du jour ont eu le mĂȘme problĂšme). Il a fallu qu'une femme de chambre appelle la responsable pour obtenir les informations nĂ©cessaires. Sommier rĂ©duit Ă  une simple planche de bois, porte d’entrĂ©e bloquĂ©e par la disposition des lits, une fenĂȘtre dans un Ă©tat
 La chambre donnait une impression de nĂ©gligence gĂ©nĂ©rale. Quand on rĂ©serve un hĂŽtel de cette marque, on s’attend Ă  un certaine cohĂ©rence. Ce n’était pas du tout le cas ici. Le lit Ă©tait propre, la climatisation fonctionnait, mais cela ne suffit pas Ă  rattraper l’ensemble. Je ne reviendrai pas et ne peut pas le recommander.

Bon rapport qualité prix

ÉvitĂ© de rĂ©server avec des sites partenaires tels que HĂŽtel.com ect car ces sites n’envoient pas les codes d’accĂšs pour chambre. RĂ©server directement sur site B&B. Nous avons cependant Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement accueilli. Le personnel est Ă  l’écoute de nos besoins. Les chambres sont sophistiquĂ© et plutĂŽt propre. Je recommande et je reviendrais !
