A truly lovely hotel, distinguished by its exceptionally motivated and attentive staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing — every need was anticipated and graciously met. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Troyes. Safe car parking, wonderfully attentive, knowlegeable and friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. My only slight gripe is that breakfast was a bit average compared to some of the other hotels we've stayed at on this holiday: perfectly good, but I think we were expecting a little 'more'!? And please can we have a full length mirror in the bedroom! That said, we would highly recommend this hotel.
