The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city.
Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

The living room in The Engine House has a stunning vaulted beamed ceiling . This open plan room has a large breakfast bar that opens into the modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances. On the ground floor there is one of the double bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with stunning en-suite. The house has under floor heating and is decorated to an extremely high spec with stunning antique and eclectic pieces.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Unfortunately we do not accept any pets and only children over the age of 12 years can stay at the property.

We would like to reassure our guests that our cleaning regime is undertaken to the highest of standards.
Self check in means that you our guest can pick a check in time convenient to your needs( after 4pm)

A beautiful, interesting property on a lovely complex. Three of us spent two nights here. Basic things supplied such as milk and small amount of tea, coffee and sugar but be aware only one loo roll in each loo!Bus stop conveniently located outside the complex with good access to both Falmouth and Truro. We had a boiler problem with no hot water, but was resolved. The property is clean but dusty and cobwebby.
