Desert Morada Casita C-Äskettäin uusittu-kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta

Kätevä sijainti lähellä Tucsonin keskustaa. Casita C on osa kaksitoista yksikkökompleksia, jossa kaikki sijaitsevat uima-altaan ympärillä. Aidattu pihalle yksityisyyttä ja lemmikkieläimiä varten. Äskettäin uusittu uusi lattia, uusitut kylpyhuoneet ja keittiö, uudet ikkunat. Huolellisesti valitut kalusteet ja mukavuudet viihtyvyyttäsi varten. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on king-size-vuoteet, joissa on uudet lakanat ja koordinoitu sisustus, olohuoneessa on nahkakalusteet, taulutelevisio (kaapeli-tv) ja keittiö on täysin varustettu keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat myös Casitassa. Pyrimme parhaillaan koko kiinteistön maisemointiin rehevillä, autiomaaystävällisillä kasvitieteellisillä puistoilla kuten tunnelma. Ei kaukana Arizonan yliopistosta ja alueen sairaaloista.


Kuukausimaksut eivät sisällä sähköä - veloitamme siitä erikseen. Tyypilliset sähkölaskut: talvella 50 dollaria kuukaudessa, kesällä 80-100 dollaria kuukaudessa.
Lisämaksut - Veloitamme ylimääräisistä vieraista, jotka ovat yli 2-vuotiaita. Tämä sisältää lapset. Lisävuokramaksu on 20 dollaria per henkilö per yö. Pyydä joku oleskelemaan vain yksi yö - joudut maksamaan vieraalle siitä yöstä. Veloitamme myös koirista - ei muita lemmikkejä! Lemmikkieläinmaksu on 5 dollaria päivässä koiraa kohti. Lisämaksujen maksamatta jättäminen ennen varausta johtaa maksujen kaksinkertaistumiseen. Juhlatilaisuuden järjestäminen, talon vuokralaisten kerääminen ulkopuolelle, häät, hautajaiset, sirkus, vauva-suihkut, syntymäpäivät, illallisjuhlat jne. Eivät ole sallittuja, mikä johtaa välittömään häätöyn.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tucson Mall. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Nice property

My friend and I stayed here on a visit to Saguaro. It’s not far from either part of the park, and conveniently located near a grocery store, Walmart, and several other shops. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The parking area is gated so you know your car is safe and the common areas are well maintained.

Convenient to U of A

We were visiting our daughter at U of A for a week and it only took us 8 minutes to drive to her house near campus. The property was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had quality kitchenware and appliances - everything you need. We loved having a small fenced backyard for our dog and there was a nice park we could walk to only 1 block away. I felt like I was in the middle of Tucson because I could get almost anywhere I wanted to go within 20 minutes. It was also nice to have the washer/dryer while we were there. There is plenty of good shopping and many restaurants around, too. The property's landscaping is beautiful. We were able to use the hoses outside to wash our bikes, too.We'll stay at Desert Moon Vacation Rentals again next time we're in Tucson.

Great Location

Comfortable roomy and clean suite for a small group. Loved that I had a closed in patio to let my pups out in. Pool was refreshing and bbq area was great! The owners were very prompt when I reached out. Area was good for shopping and close to downtown. Would book again.

very nice, perfect for our stay

The condo was a great fit and size for the 3 of us for our visit to Tucson when moving my daughter into UA. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus and not too far from major roads to get around town. The pool was nice to use at night to cool off and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with baking dishes and bowls to make meals. The AC was able to quickly cool off the condo when we returned from errands. I would return here for our next visit.

Better than I expected!

This place is secure with the gates; the pool is right outside the door of about every casita; fully stocked kitchen; towels etc; exceptionally clean! I was surprised! It is better than described! We LOVED it there! A week wasn't long enough! There was even a wagon at our disposal to make moving in much easier! 5 STARS plus!

Great place!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the listing. The property was very secure with locked gates, but very accessible via entering our assigned code on the security gate keypad. The grounds, including the pool, were very clean and well-maintained. It was very quiet! It is very close to the grocery store and many other conveniences. Our check in process was easy as we received our security access code via e-mail two days prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Tucson!

Wonderful stay!!

This was, overall, the best property I have ever stayed at. Have never seen a more immaculate cleaning job! The grounds are just as exceptionally cared for! Don’t know how much those workers are being paid but whatever it is, it’s not enough!! The upkeep and remodeling and decor of the property were also excellent! Recent painting and all craftsmanship was superior. I cannot believe the beautiful wood countertops! I would be so afraid to put that in a rental 😳. Didn’t really have to communicate with Maria because it was all perfect. I used the grill one night and even that was clean. Just lovely in every way! Would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you Maria and Carla!

Best rental ever!

This is a unique property and we have stayed in many all over the world. Lovely apartment, roomy, clean, quiet, and with comfortable beds. Decorated in a desert retro style that's fun and different. The ladies that host are excellent and very responsive. The kitchen is perfect with new appliances and all the materials needed to cook and serve. And new stuff, unlike some rentals where the owners seem to put all their old kitchen appliances and furniture in their rentals. Pool is lovely. Very deep so cool even when the weather is hot. Stayed for three weeks and hope to stay here again.

Awesome property.

We absolutely loved the Desert Morada Casitias, specifically Casita C. It was cute clean and well outfitted with a nice view of the pool and just a couple steps away from it. Would highly recommend it.

Good place, but minor problems

Place was a nice place. The unit we rented had a problem with the Ac so we were moved to another unit. It was fine. But it had a problem with a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms which was not fixed during our stay. Also paving of the parking lot during our stay kept us in our room for 1/2 a day while we were there.
