The location was excellent & the home very comfortable.

I recommend the property. I would like to reserve it again in 2022. The overall price which included VRBO, insurance & Evolve fee were a bit high but definitely enjoyed the property & location.

Great place, good neighbors

Experience was more than my wife and I hoped for. Other than the mattresses being a bit firm and dirty air filters, the place was perfect. Would recommend to anyone, and actually have done so!

everything you need

This is a well appointed town home! There are plenty of hangers, towels/washcloths, extra linens, and cleaning supplies. There is 1 smart TV (antenna reception) in the living room with DVD player and Roku. There is 1 bedroom and full bath on the main floor and 2 large bedrooms and master bathroom on the 2nd floor. the 2nd floor beds appear to have memory foam mattresses. The patio is enclosed with a 3' wall that our 45# dog managed to jump on and almost over. Watch/Leash your agile pets. The hot tub/heated pool hours are roughly 6-7ish am until 11 pm. The kitchen has nice pots/pans and spices. The only thing that it is missing is a blender. There is also a bar height cocktail table and 2 chairs for indoor dining. When we had a problem with the internet, we had to contact evolve after 5 pm because the local contact did not respond. Evolve responded to us the following morning and then contacted the owner. The internet problem was then resolved. The area itself is fairly quiet. We slept well. The neighbors are quiet, friendly, and most of them are nonsmokers! This was a really good rental!
