Enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping and the close proximity to local attractions, Art museums, Children's museum, The Tucson Convention Center and The Fox Theater just to name a few. Plus for the young brave and youngsters there are endless outdoor and indoor activities like trail hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, indoor sports gyms, indoor rock climbing, indoor BMX and stake park, indoor hang gliding and many more fun activities.

Great place, we wanted something close to the U of A arena and this was very walkable even in the rain. We had some mixups on the communication but Marcus was easily reached and very responsive. Clean and nice firm beds. Pleased with this rental. No hair dryer available.

Close to Campus

We were easily able to walk to campus for my son's wheelchair basketball tournament. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking spaces and plenty of room for all six of us in the house. We would stay here again.

It's a nice property that was convenient to the University. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up, but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Not very clean

Not clean and was asked to sweep. Not typical. Doors to bathrooms wouldn’t close completely. Got locked from inside of one of the bedrooms had to have someone open the door from outside of bedroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t open. Bedroom sheet’s didnt feel clean or washed and smelled.
