Checked in 5:30 PM on 12/26/25 w/nice lady @ desk. 1st time here. Rtnd bout 9 PM & Diane (D) working the bar alone w/1 cust asking prices on many alcoholic drinks & D painstakingly looking up ea price. D looked @ me inquiringly & I asked if she served hot choc. Was dismissive & told me it was around the corner. Went there & a mom w/boys was fixing the last packet. I walked bk to the end of bar & stood quietly waiting. No audible sighs, just waiting. D again looked @ me inquiringly & I asked if she could put more packets out. I explained the mom was there with her boys. D said in an irritated tone, "If you could just wait until I'm done with this customer!" I told her, "Sure, I only spoke because you looked @ me inquiringly." Then the customer said something under her breath & the two of them whispered! After she finally left D stomped over & refilled packets. This took bout 20 secs total! Told her I was waiting & wouldn't have said anything if she hadn't looked @ me inquiringly. She said, "I'm not going to argue with you! Sorry you're in a bad mood," & walked away. I'd been in a good mood until dealing w/her! Then the nice lady asked D over & they whispered bk & forth. Like in high school! I rtnd @ night on 27 & 28, D was there & just glared @ me ea time. High school! On 12/28 got a drink & D rung me up @ desk w/poor try @ being friendly. Too late! SHS is my fave. They all hv welcoming & exceptional staff. Except Tucson Bridges SHS. Terrible experience & very disappointing.

We arrived at hotel early and they were able to check us in early and that was great. We got to our room and there was maintenance in our room so we had to wait in the hall for 30 minutes and then when we got in the room the air conditioning wouldn’t work properly so the temperature in the room did not get below 80 degrees. We called the front desk and the maintenance came back and he said there was nothing he could do as the air conditioner did not go below 80 degrees and then he left. I called the front office and asked for a fan if the air conditioning wasn’t going to be fixed. The hotel was at full capacity so we could not switch rooms. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed and staff just wasn’t very friendly. The beds weren’t the worst but they weren’t the best either. The rooms were clean but nothing really seemed to work right in the room suggesting that they don’t really care about the guests comfort as a priority. The manager was very friendly and she did help to rectify the situation in the end. We will still not be staying there again.

I was placed in a handicapped room. It was very inconvenient. I was unable to hang up my dress, very little counter space. A regular room would have been more functional. Overall staff was great.
