This thoughtfully designed home features:

Bathroom 1 – Located in the hallway, shared by Bedrooms 2 & 3

Relax in the inviting living room with plush seating, a smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Outside, enjoy the front porch and the dedicated parking space for stress-free arrivals.

This home shares the property with a guesthouse located in the back. Each unit has its own private space, but please be mindful of noise. Self-check-in is available for your convenience. Feel free to reach out if you need anything—we’re happy to help make your stay amazing!

Was a nice place to go after horse show practices and lots of late nights and early mornings. Slept comfortably. Hot water and nice showers. Sharing the drive with a 4/4 truck was a little hard as the first guy took part of our space but 2nd one move over nicely. Internet was fast and appreciated. Was quiet and close to the event center.

Great Stay!

Overall we had a great stay! We were able to check in early once we got to town to unload our things! The little snack area was a hit! My girls loved the little surprise! The beds were super comfy! Great location! Felt safe!

Home away from home

Our stay at the Cozy Home was a most memorable one! It was close to shopping and restaurants which made it convenient. Also to our liking was the proximity to our son and his family. The Cozy Home really felt like a home away from home! We would definitely want to stay there again in the future!

Great location, great communication with host

We needed a rental for almost a week to come and celebrate a young friend graduating from high school. This was the ideal location for us! We flew in from California and we’re exhausted, the house is near the airport, which is perfect. We needed a couple of things, which the host immediately took care of. Very easy communication.

Nice home, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay with our students who had earned a trip to state speech contest. Our students loved the house and it had just enough room for all of us. Host was quick to respond to any issue and was very helpful for any issues! Would definitely recommend!
