I love to stay at Home2 Suites when I travel, usually have a great experience, clean and great staff. However this time we had a 5 day trip, the maid never came once to clean the room and when I asked why several times I was told that the room had a "Do Not Disturb" Sign up which was not true. We came for a sports tournament so were out of the room early every day and back late. When we a had to ask a few times for clean towels or toiletries since room was not being cleaned the late night staff were very rude and seemed bothered to be asked. These experience made this trip very unpleasant and not at all what we expected.

The lobby had a HEAVY scent of room spray. Like they were trying to cover something up. It was terrible. Hard to stay in the lobby. Also the room had to much light in it. The shades didn’t keep the light out. It was very clean.
