The heat and air conditioning worked well as did the refrigerator and microwave and all the lights. The parking lot is well lit and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is functional, but is looking a bit worn. Overall a great value for the money. We have stayed there four times in four years as we attend a yearly event. Our room was quiet and comfortable, we plan to return again next year.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but this place is a hole in the wall that is falling apart. They don't do any maintenance or repair to anything in the rooms. Even the most basic things. Shower won't drain, bed linens heavily stained, etc...Tons of reviews about all that, but another place I booked first cancelled my room by mistake so I was thankful this hotel had a room available late on a weekend. I was alone so it was fine, but I do not recommend bringing family or kids here.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was informed they did have my reservation but did not have a room for me. We were traveling with our 2 under 2 kids as well. They instead moved us to a different motel down the street that was not at all like the room I reserved. I do not recommend this hotel, they will not honor your reservation
