The property

In this uniquely Mexican-flavored home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The cozy living room features a comfortable couch, TV, fan, and air conditioning. The first bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both rooms include fans, air conditioning, and wardrobes for your convenience. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and towels.



Outside, you can relax on the private patio, take a dip in the pool, and rinse off in the outdoor shower—or unwind on the second patio and enjoy the peaceful garden view.



Guest access

You will have access to two free cenotes right outside the neighborhood, along with the beautiful Xcacel Beach and turtle sanctuary, which can be enjoyed for a small fee. Additionally, Xel-Há water park offers a wide range of activities, including exploring cenotes, snorkeling, cave adventures, cliff jumping, zip-lining, a water obstacle course, river tubing, jungle trails, a floating bridge, bike rides, and a lighthouse with water slides. You can also encounter dolphins and stingrays. The park features ancient ruins, and while there is an entrance fee, additional charges apply for certain activities.
