The sunken living room features a 65" Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Clem, my co-host, and her team will greet you upon arrival and serve as your expert concierge during your stay. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance.
We do need to mention that Tulum has been having a construction boom the past 3 years. There are literally hundreds of new buildings going up. Kindly note that you will experience construction noise from the surrounding area from 8am to 6pm, Mon-Fri, and 8am to 2pm on Sat. Noise is unfortunately unpredictable. If you’re planning on venturing and being out and about during day time this should not affect your stay. Some days you can’t hear anything, some days you can. A couple of guests have mentioned the noise to us, the vast majority have not. It’s not under our control except to let guests know about the possibility for noise in advance, so wanted to give you a heads up. And unfortunately, it's hard to avoid construction in Tulum unless you stay in the hotel zone on the beach.
