Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment in the heart of Jardin de Carthage! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers, our one-bedroom apartment combines comfort with convenience, making it an ideal base for your stay in Tunis.
Living Space: Our 65 m² apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, equipped with a TV for your entertainment. The American-style kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking tools and supplies, including a refrigerator, oven, and an automatic washing machine located in the back garden.
Bedroom & Bathroom: The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a view of the lush green garden, ensuring a serene start to your day. The bathroom features an elegant Italian bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Gardens: Step outside to find not one, but two gardens. The larger front garden is perfect for enjoying the Tunisian sun, while the smaller back garden offers a private space to unwind.
Amenities: Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning, a TV, an oven, a refrigerator, and a full range of kitchen supplies. Plus, the convenience of on-site parking.
Location: Our apartment's location is unbeatable – just 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from La Marsa, 10 minutes from downtown Tunis, and close to Lac 1 & 2, La Goulette, Carrefour la Marsa, and Tunisia Mall Lac 2. Easily accessible from the La Marsa highway, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the city!
Local Conveniences: Everything you need is right at your doorstep. We're just 2 minutes from local groceries (3attar), a pharmacy, drug store, laundry services, and some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in Jardin de Carthage, including Metropolitan and Baristas.
House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for no parties, no loud music after midnight, and no smoking indoors (smoking outside is allowed). Pets are welcome, but additional cleaning services may apply.
