Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough, the maid forgot to restock towels when cleaning but was able to go downstairs and get more from front desk. Only issue is their smoke detector flashes a light every couple seconds making it hard tp sleep. That really needs changed.

It was in a good locations with nice decor. The staff was nice but passive we had to engage, still nice! Clean rooms, but a little small and not a lot of storage. But overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was in pristine condition. Very clean! Despite being 3 years old, it looks like it just opened. Hotel staff was very kind and courteous. The art and modern deco vibes truly reflected Tupelo. Excellent breakfast in the lobby. Plenty of seating and even a pool table for entertainment. Would stay here again.

Loved It

The lady at the front desk was very inviting the minute I walked through the door to check in. The entire place is very neat and clean. There are little work stations for anyone who needs to get a few things done while relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a graduation and stayed here on 16 May. Great location however, my only complaint would be that the shower had several strands of different types of hair on the wall tiles. Very gross! Housekeeping should do a better job inspecting!

Very modern and new. Everything was nice. Upon arrival, after 5 hours on the road, I find there is no hand soap in the bathroom. It is a dispenser that requires a cartridge that obviously had not been checked. I called front desk and the same guy that checked us in seemed annoyed by my request. Offered little concern. Called back and said he had found one. I ask if someone would be it up and he said no. I need to come down and pick it up. Which I did. The gentleman does not belong in any service-related position. Other than him, everything and everyone was fine. But his poor attitude upset me to start what should have been a relaxing end to a long day.

Room did not smell very fresh when I entered. Smelled like old mop water so I wore slides all the time. Other than that, everything else seemed in order, and clean. Staff very nice and helpful, even at the crack of dawn when I checked out. They sent me on my way with some bottled water and a warm smile. Wish I had time to stay for breakfast…smelled amazing!
