Front desk went above and beyond to straighten out Hotels.com screw-up in reservations. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Bed mattresses were WAY too soft and ample number of pillows had no content. TV not so desirable as remotes were useless especially when attempting to log into particular streaming services (could not enter number code with remote as remote had no numbers

Thursday night the lady working the desk was the most aggressive and non-courteous person I have ever encountered in a hotel setting. The lady that went off shift before even warned us that she would be ugly to us for sitting in the lobby and BOY was she! Also we were there for 3 nights and never had room cleaned nor were we given fresh towels. We had to go to the desk to request. We will not stay here again!

The only thing I didn't like about this property is that there was no coffee machine in the room. I had to get dress and go downstairs to get some coffee. The breakfast was good.

When i went to check in, the front desk clerk did not acknowledge me even though she was on the phone. She had her lunch scattered on the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to say something. I had been on the road for hours and was ready to go to bed. By the time she said anything my companion had alreasy parked the car and was waiting with me to get checked in. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. There waa hair on the floor and all in the shower. The room itself had hair on thr floor as well. The room avove us was so noisy stomping around. This was definitely a bad experience i have ever had staying with this hotel.
