The worst experience with the property and with VRBO.

Dark and stuffy

While this property technically is livable, we decided to move after staying only one of the six nights I booked. It’s much darker than the photos. The shower never got hot or had any water pressure. No one checked us into the property to show us around or show us how things worked and there was no binder with info. It is an older property, which usually is fine but I found the shower, condition of the pillows (and a number of other minor things) but especially the customer service of this third party company to be unacceptable. While the location is amazing, the conditions were uncomfortable enough to have us move. After addressing these issues with the company, they never discussed them with me and just stopped responding. I’ve had so many great stays in Europe using Vrbo and have never had such a disappointing experience.

Best location. Both Rebecca and Vittoria very friendly and helpful and responsive to our communications. Perhaps a bit more instructions on use of appliances.

Perfect location

Tho it was hot, we managed to Walk about the central area—lovely piazzas and architecture. We spent 6 hours in the Egyptian Museum—what a treasure! Turin is a city that must be visited again. Thank you.
