Welcome to Sherwood House!

Sherwood House is tucked into a beautifully historic neighborhood, surrounded by oak, pine, and magnolia trees. This home is just 2 blocks from the stadium (10-15 minute walk to stadium)!

The Space:
- 4 bed/2.5 bath house.
- Sleeps up to 8 Adults + children (King, King, Queen & Twin, Full (futon), Full & Twin)
- Fire pit table on back porch
- Brick fire pit in backyard
- You are provided with a starter set of 25 logs. Additional wood is $1 per piece
- View of wooded backyard
- Covered carport with seating, as well as a back porch with seating

The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30pm, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
