Bed size

The room was clean and good for the most part, but the beds were described as Queen when they were full-size instead. My son had to stay at his sister's place on the couch so my husband and I could sleep in separate beds, which was a first for us. We have a queen bed at home so we could definitely tell a difference.

I wasn’t expecting a great hotel, but the level of grime was next level. The floors felt sticky and nothing (walls, surfaces, furniture) seemed clean. The place smelled really badly of mildew to the point that we went to the front desk to see about canceling our reservation. The person at the desk in the evening when we arrived was unhelpful and said we would have to talk to the manager in the morning. We left the hotel and stayed out late to avoid having to be in the room any longer than necessary. The smell was enough to bother my allergies & make my throat not feel good. We decided we were leaving the next day regardless of if we could get a refund for our 2nd night. They ended up giving us a 50% refund for night 2. I would never stay here again.

Great hotel

We stopped here on our way to gulf shores & the little boy at the desk was super friendly & accommodating! Our room was clean and nice! There was also breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay!

The gentleman who checked us in was great! Now for the poor stuff. Immediately smells like urine when walk in lobby and down the 1st level hallway. Lobby furniture is worn; one can imagine that the room furniture is similiar. Bathroom sink would not drain. Breakfast? What breakfast? Breakfast room picture in listing certainly does not match what very limited breakfast was offered. Not even any jam or peanut butter for the few slices of bread put out! Very noisy given proximity to highway. How this place received good reviews is beyond me.
