Moderni huoneisto vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta ja ruuhkaisilta Casuarinan rannalta, jossa on koskematon valkoinen hiekka ja valssaus. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, moderni keittiö, avoin oleskelutila, joka kulkee yksityiselle patiolle rehevän trooppisen maisemoinnin avulla.

Vierailu Rec Clubiin, jossa on 2 vastapäätä olevaa altaat, Osteria-ravintola ja Surfing Australia HPC.

Huoneistossa on hiljattain remontoitu uusi keittiö ja bambu lattiat koko. Täydellä liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja hygieniatuotteet. Tuo vain matkalaukku ja rentoudu. Ole ystävällinen.

The communication from the host was positive, and in depth info allowed for a seamless arrival and access to the property. The property overall was comfortable and in a good location, and had all necessary appliances and additional items you would need for a short or lengthy stay. The location was great, and in a perfect spot to access the beach. Besides this, there were a few things we noticed. Firstly, the pillows in the second bedroom were way too thick to be used, and we had to replace them with pillows from the main bedroom. Inside the property had a large accumulation of dust build up in most rooms. Heavy dust was seen almost everywhere - on lamps, lights and appliances, on the sliding barn doors, on the mirror above the main bed, etc. Thick dust up build up only suggests it has been present for a while. We also noticed spider webs present along the ceiling in the kitchen. But our greatest concern was the mould present on the blinds. Mould was observed on all blinds of the property. Unfortunately, a mix of dust and mould resulted in allergies which hindered our time, and it was often a relief to leave the property to get some relieve of the allergy symptoms. I’m hopeful the property can be cleaned at a higher standard so your future visitors can enjoy the wonderful location and surroundings.

Easy access to property, good quality linens and towels. Lots of kitchen implements. Only negative for us was that a loud party was happening not far away that went till after midnight. Not the owners fault but wasn’t great even with windows closed. Only a couple of minutes drive to a Coles shopping centre. The second bedroom is small with twin beds but it still worked for a second couple over the two night period we stayed there.

Lovely Little Unit

Had a wonderful stay here. The pool in the complex was very disappointing. If i can suggest maybe taking off the advert that you can use pool and for a small charge as we were charged neally 30 for 4 of us and we made sure that we turned up between the time they said. After half an hour they said that someone had booked it and we were to leave. No redund. Very disappointing. Ik ow its out of your hands but taking it down may be for the best. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great little ground floor unit with garden outlook

The unit was plenty enough space for me, husband and father for our stay over xmas. It had everything we needed for our stay to cook for ourselves, do laundry, etc. The living room opens right out onto the leafy garden and there's a table to eat on the patio. It's only 5 minutes walk up to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the supermarket (Coles). The beach here is unpatrolled (and therefore it's very peaceful and uncrowded with a long stretch for running/walking/contemplating life). It's only a very short drive to Kingscliff or Cabarita for shops/restaurants/patrolled beaches.

Casaurina Holiday

Our stay in the unit was quite enjoyable. It was a central location to our family in Kingscliff, so we enjoyed the proximity to the walking paths and to the beach. Our main bedroom was very quiet with a wonderful view of the back garden with it's lush vegetation. As my elderly mother in law was staying in the front small bedroom, she found the early morning (5.30am) noise and music coming from the boxing gym opposite, very intrusive and incredibly noisy. There was absolutely no chance of sleeping in or resting in the room until after lunch, which my Mum would have chosen to do. The only other little issues were the lack of washing up detergent and there was no aluminium foil, cling wrap or baking paper available for utilising in the kitchen. It was a very clean and functional little unit which catered for our social needs. We frequented the local coffee cafe, the Mexican restaurant and the swimming pool.
