This condo was the perfect location, able to walk anywhere on the south end! Everything was very clean and the communication and care from the rental agency was smooth. We were on a Girls' trip with 5 of us and the space was exactly what we needed!

Great location!

My friends and I spent 4 nights at the Brassrail Condos. Perfect location for access to the beach and main streets of the island. The parking garage and elevators were easily accessible. Very organized property with plenty of extra linens and supplies. The only complaints were the ice maker was out, and the hurricane doors were difficult to lock. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break

Trip started with great communication from Oceanfront property managers about an elevator issue and accommodation. Arrived to Brass Rails to a great condo perfect for our family of 5, in the heart of the South End. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and view of pool/hot tub. Inside spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Lovely place for a family vacation

The condo had plenty of room and a location you could die for, just a short stroll to the beach. It was well-appointed and was comfortable. We felt that things were a bit worn—the stove top had 2 burners that didn’t quite work; there was oxidation on the fridge below the water/ice dispenser, one bathroom ran well after flushing. All of these are easy fixes that didn’t detract from the overall stay.

Tybee Island BEACH Stay

The condo is super close to the fabulous and beautiful beach (maybe two short blocks). Everywhere on Tybee is "pay to park" so being so close is a HUGE benefit! The condo was well-maintained and just like the photos. We had some small issues and Oceanfront Beach Rentals was wonderful to work with and super efficient at fixing things. The pools and hit tub were perfect for the kiddos when they were done at the beach. The other residents were respectful at night so that we could get peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever bsck on Tybee. Very good location to shops, restaurants and, of course, icecream and shave ice!!
