The rooms were clean, but showed significant signs of wear. The view was as you see in the photos, you can see a parking lot but you can also enjoy the beach past the parking lot, and your can hear the ocean at night from the master bedroom. There are countless restaurants and bars with 5 minute walks, some right next door less than a minute away, and even more restaurants within 10 minutes. This is a tourist heavy area during peak times, so it can get noisy, just be aware. Because you can hear the ocean is means you can also hear any loud folks or cars. Most visitors are supposed to be out by 8pm but tend to stick around until around 10-11, one night we were there cops had to show up to encourage people to leave. While we were there for the beach and to go out, I must point out that on of the TVs appeared damaged and I reported it to management.My only serious issue was the contradicting information I was getting for the check-in process. I got details via Vrbo and via a portal they provided, and the door code was not the same, causing me to have to call in a late night emergency call to get the actual code from someone on the phone and she seemed unaware of any Vrbo messaging I had received. I also did not like the contradicting information between the contract I was asked to sign and the details provided via Vrbo and the portal that, one sounds very provided a 9am check-out time while other sources stated a 10am check-out time.Overall it was still a good time.
