The apartment is on the 3rd floor w / balcony view of the pools, located 250 meters from Perequê-Açu Beach, a place with excellent infrastructure having bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops nearby, not necessary to use the Car for nothing.

It is decorated and assembled for a family environment for up to 06 (six) people, has 02 (two) rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan, one bedroom suite with a queen size beaver mattress and the other room with one treliche plus 02 (two) loose mattresses, 02 (two) bathrooms, TV room w / ceiling fan and a double sofa bed, dining room w / ceiling fan, gourmet balcony with barbecue, laundry, internet c / wifi and 02 (two) smart TVs.

The condominium has concierge with 24 hour security, monitoring by cameras, 05 (five) pools, playground, soccer field, 01 (one) covered parking space and 01 (one) rotating if necessary c / daily.

We do not provide bed linen or towels.
