The hotel restaurant, Bread & Butter, was particularly outstanding. We brought three young kids (of a group of six total), and the staff were super professional in service, "showmanship" (tableside preparation of the complimentary "spread" for their delicious pre-dinner breads), and accommodating our needs. Food was delicious, appropriately portioned, and very fairly priced. Other than that, our room's shower (clean, roomy, and great waterflow) was a standout performer. Not a fan of the "trendy" open-top toilet stall in the bedroom... too easy for unwanted "sound effects" to spoil the otherwise tranquil mood of the place.

We got checked into the wrong room and had to be moved to another room at 8 pm, the staff was very responsive and it went smoothly. Regular room has no sofa, has a day bed near the window which I am told is the style in this region. Hotel is very new and clean, breakfast ok for the upcharge should be better

Very new hotel. Staff are unbelievable, best I have ever seen in Thailand. Not a complaint, but no bathroom as such, just sectioned out in the room. No lock on the toilet and shower. Breakfast was great, labels on everything, great for fussy eaters. Would totally recommend this hotel in Ubon.
