Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. Special shout out to Devi and Eri who sat with me on my bday and talked with me and suprised me with cake and singing. Will be planning my next trip again here real soon. But I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for beautiful views, quiet vibes, and safe atmosphere.

Loved the pools, size of the property, mineral pool and staff. All were top notch, highly recommended for relaxation. Was a bit further from the action in Ubud but taxis were so easy to arrange so it wasn’t an issue.

Nice but slightly outdated accommodation. Staff was lovely, restaurant overpriced. There is only one restaurant alternative within short walking distance- Uname which we can really recommend. Layout of the room with private pool is very smart, you can directly access the shower from the patio area. Gym overlooks the rice fields and has adequate equipment- treadmills, free weights, crosstrainer. We did not use the shared pools but they have nice views over the rice fields. However, there is only sun until about lunchtime. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The staff was so nice and accommodating Ria was amazing and always remembered to say hi and welcomed us in! The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I would 100% recommend staying here & we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sutera Villa. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was great. The only small downside was that the food at the hotel restaurant was alright, but overall we had an excellent experience and would gladly return.

Wake up to a stunning sunrise view from a room overlooking terraced rice fields. Enjoy a good selection of breakfast and a wide range of activities on-site. The only downside is its distance from the main entertainment areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service, especially Sang and Agus, who were always so kind and patient while chatting with my 7-year-old daughter. The hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, it offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ubud.

All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay
