This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. ***The floating trampoline is NOT ours. Belongs to our neighbor. Do NOT use it unless given permission from the neighbor who owns it. ***

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels on the kitchen floor.
Strip all used sheets from beds slept in and place them with the towels in the kitchen.
Empty the fridge of items brought with you. Trash cans need to be emptied. There is a red garbage container at the top of the driveway for your convenience. Please lock the door upon exiting.

Loved staying here. Owners were prompt when we had questions. The space was clean and had enough room to spread out. Outside area was awesome with access to the lake, fire pit, and room for the kids to run around!
