This property is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a tourist residence overlooking a superb communal swimming pool, green spaces, and a splendid view of the Atlantic Ocean.

This warm and spacious apartment comprises:

- A living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 1) opening onto a large terrace and the garden, just steps from the pool

The Bordaberry estate comprises nine small, single-story buildings in the Neo-Basque style, surrounding the former manor house of Madame de Trévise.

It is situated in the heart of a 12-hectare private park on the Basque Coast, a protected natural area, and just 3 km from the beaches of Hendaye and Socoa.
The communal swimming pool is open from May to September, weather permitting and excluding periods of mandatory annual maintenance.
