Are you looking for something special on Usedom? Then the "Ferien Gut Welzin" will not disappoint you!
The farm is wonderfully idyllic in the small village Welzin on a peninsula between Usedom Lake and the Szczecin Lagoon.
Quiet and secluded you can enjoy your holidays on the year-round heated pool, in the exclusive sauna, the warm Usedom summer evenings in the pergola with a log fire or when it gets cooler in the romantic conservatory. Or "movie night" at the tiled stove in front of the 48 "screen with Sonos Soundbar, which you can also use to listen to your own music. Free wifi is self-evident. In the same way, if it gets too quiet, you will be in the Baltic Sea beach with its seaside resorts within 20 minutes by car. For shopping you are in 5 minutes in the tranquil town of Usedom, or in the neighboring village of Stolpe with its castle, a bakery for fresh bread and a recommended restaurant.
During construction, we placed special emphasis on biologically valuable materials. Among other things, the interiors are all plastered with clay and painted pure marsh lime paint. Also with the interior equipment our attention was on quality. But see for yourself. You are welcome!

Kleine Schwächen

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit freundlichen Vermietern in ruhiger Lage, das aber ein paar kleine Schwächen gezeigt hat. Der Pool war leider nicht beheizt, da die Biogasanlage in Wartung war, im Wintergarten regnete es an mehreren Stellen durch. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre auch gut. So mußte der Geschirrspüler jeden Tag laufen. Diese Dinge haben aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht groß getrübt, in dieser Preiskategorie sind sie aber zumindest erwähnenswert. Wir können dieses Objekt aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus, PGeheimtipp

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, mit der Familie, Großeltern und Kindern in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus auf Usedom zu verbringen und ich kann sagen: GROSSARTIG! Das Haus ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp und hat uns alle wirklich sprachlos gemacht. Wir waren im April dort und trotz des etwas kühleren Wetters, haben wir uns wie im Paradies gefühlt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für eine größere Gruppe und war einfach nur perfekt. Es war so wundervoll eingerichtet und die Details, Farben, Materialien und Kunst haben uns alle begeistert. Der Pool war einfach grandios und hat für jede Menge Spaß gesorgt. Und dann der Wintergarten - ein echtes Highlight! Wir haben es geliebt, dort zu sitzen und Sonne und Regen zu genießen. Die Sauna war einfach perfekt, um sich zu entspannen. Und die Küche war so gut und geräumig und außerdem mit einem Kamin ausgestattet, dass der Ort schnell zum Mittelpunkt für alle wurde. Und die Gastgeber? Wirklich toll! Sie haben uns so herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir hatten eine so tolle Zeit und sind uns alle einig: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen und verspreche, dass es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis sein wird.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Ruhig, sauber, modern und wohnlich. Das Gebäude hat tollen Charm und ich wäre am liebsten nicht mehr weg. Pool ist riesig und war durch die Biogasanlage immer warm. Sauna wurde schnell heiß. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen!
