While leaving the hotel to go to your casino,at the front desk we asked if we could purchase some kind of headache medicine. The lady took us to your locked store/room and just found empty boxes so she went to get full cases to restock. After purchasing her tylenol she asked for water. They said walk down the hall to vending. Vending machine was broken. I told them and asked if they had a cup of water or something back there. Nope! I said that’s OK I will walk all the way back up to our room so I can get my wife a water from our room that we brought in with us. As I turned around when we went into the elevator to go back to our room I looked over and saw them laughing.
Maybe they thought it was funny but we sure didn’t. I would expect a much higher level of service from a hotel casino. I am absolutely positive that if they wanted to help my wife get some water she would not have had to go back to her room just to take an aspirin. Those shelves should’ve been already stocked and they could’ve at least pretended like they cared about taking care of the guests. The lady at least stood up to disappoint us. The young punk guy just sat there not caring.
There would be some changes happening at my hotel if I owned it
