Great and nice place to stay. Warm breakfast served every morning. The staff are nice and friendly. The location is convenient for shopping. Although there was no fridge, it was not a concern for us.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are adequate in size, the beds are clean and comfortable and good thick towels in the en suite. But considering that the hotel is not cheap, there are no niceties. Unfortunately, both rooms booked had problems, drains in one, malfunctioning air conditioning unit in another. These rooms were changed by helpful staff but prior checking of rooms before letting to guests would save a lot of stress on arrival. The hotel is well sited near Utrecht centraal station and within the shopping mall and near all Utrecht attractions.

Wonderful service

The front desk was so friendly and happy. They actually want to be there, at work. They were very accommodating for me. I asked for a daily ice bucket each day at breakfast so I can put the ice inside my water bottle (I’m American), and they accommodated with a smile. Daily for seven days. Then when I was leaving, I asked if they can hold a bag for my daughter to pick up from the front desk in a couple days as she’s in Croatia now but will be back to Utrecht for school on Monday. Again, they accommodated with a smile. Wonderful breakfast! Love your staff!

We have been coming here every year since they first opened. It is in the mall so anything you could possibly need, you can get without even going outdoors. However, Utrecht is a wonderful city with fabulous restaurants and very walkable. The mall is directly next to the Central Train station so we got a Chipkart (debit card for the transit system) the first year and have reloaded as needed. You can take all forms of transportation with it by tapping in when you enter and tapping out as you leave. So convenient and time saving. From Utrecht you can easily travel anywhere in the Netherlands by public transportation. I recommend you do not rent a car. Walk and use the public transportation and you will see so much more and avoid having to pay for expensive parking wherever you go.

Don't miss breakfast!

Everything was great! Location couldn't be better though it was confusing to find it at first (Inside the mall). Great AC, lovely staff, INCREDIBLE breakfast! My only complaint was that my room didn't have a refrigerator but that's really nothing serious.
