Falsely Advertised Property

I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply.

L hotelest bienais de côté de ka route c est bcp de circulation ,normal c est kes vacances. pour le reste la terrasse etait tres sale j ai faire le nettoyage de la table et chaisse normal ????le sol très très sale . pour le dedans bien sauf que tt par en en miettes beaucoup de choses à revoir et pour la vaisselle horrible le calcaire sur les verres et couverts donc pour moi manque énormément de propreté. Si c 'est pour tt relaver non merci !!!.

Séjour agréable et établissement propre. Jolie résidence à 2 min à pieds du centre d'Uzès. Petits cadeaux en arrivant dans notre appartement très appréciable. Nous avons eu comme demandé un lit parapluie pour notre fille. Mais il manquait le matelas. Erreur de leur part ou fallait il preciser qu'on en voulait un avec 🤔? Sinon, le seul bémol se trouve sur les fenêtres et balcon qu on n'a pas reussi à ouvrir. Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Heel erg oud en gedateerd. Meubels lijken rechtstreeks van de rommelmarkt te komen. Ook de slaapbank Douchen in het bad gaat zeer moeizaam vanwege de te korte slang. Een wc reservoir dat lekt en dus continue bijvult. Receptionist is zeer vriendelijk Prima ligging tov het centrum

très bien situé, les appartements sont appréciables. Tout le nécessaire y est, le lit est plutôt confortable, le fauteuil également. Il semble que notre appart' venait d'être refait, cela à causé un désagrément au niveau du chauffe-eau qui devait du coup être résolu par la suite. Idéal pour profiter d'Uzes! voir en plus une place de parking est très bien.

Das Appartment war stark renovierungsbedürftig. Schwarze Flecken an der Decke im WC und über Klimaanlage. Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt. Da die Anlage ausgebucht war bekamen wir nur 10% Rabatt, hätten aber lieber ein anderes Appartment bekommen.

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad, toplocatie net aan de rand van het prachtige oude centrum van Uzes. Het appartement was ruim en schoon en gezellig, fijn dat er airco was, mooi ruim balcon. Keukentje met de nodige voorzieningen, lekkere bedden. Niet luxe, maar gewoon basic en goed. De ontvangst was zo hartelijk, dat geeft gelijk een goed gevoel. Goeie tips over bezienswaardigheden en de receptioniste sprak ook heel goed Engels. Ook een leuk verblijf als je met kinderen bent, er is een zwembad bij! De parkeergarage onder het pand was ideasl, je auto staat veilig en lekker koel! Wij hadden het hier geweldig en zijn zeker van plan om nog eens terug te komen. Er is zoveel te doen en te zien in de omgeving, van de oude romeinse iverblijfselen nan Nimes en Orange, Avignon, de Cevennes, zefs de middellandse zee is met 2 uurtjes rijden te bereiken.Wat ons betreft een aanrader!

L’appartement est bien équipé et est très bien situé, la ville est très agréable. La piscine est très appréciable en été. Par contre, nous avons été désagréablement surpris de savoir que le nettoyage était à notre charge. J’ai cru comprendre que cela dépendait du temps de séjour. Nous avions un séjour de 7 nuits. Les draps et serviettes auraient dû être également à notre charge, mais le personnel nous les a finalement offerts. Je souhaite que Hotels.com clarifie ces frais et les inclut directement dans le prix de la réservation. Malgré ce désagrément, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

très bien situé, très propre, avons séjourné fin Mars et l'établissement n'ouvrait la piscine que je jour de notre départ, ils ont bien voulu ouvrir une demi heure, le soir pour nous, la veille de partir. Donc la piscine n'ouvre que le 1er Avril. Personnel très très serviable et attentionné. Dans l' appartement, équipement rudimentaire pour la cuisine, stricte nécessaire. Très bonne literie. Toute la région est magnifique, les petits villages et les gorges du gardon valent le détour. Les indications de promenades sont très très bien faites, chapeau à l'office de tourisme.

Lt. Expedia sollte Rezeption täglich ab 16 Uhr geöffnet sein. Wir kamen Sonntags an und sie war geschlossen. Nur weil ein anderer Gast uns half, kamen wir an unsere Schlüssel. Der reservierte Parkplatz war belegt - scheint normal zu sein wie ein Stammgasr berichtete. Das Appartement ist ok, das Haus hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.
