Great hotel plenty of space in our room for 4 people. Amenities were great also. Love the bar, couches and fireplace in the lobby. Breakfast was great but only thing was waffles disappeared after the first day there and restocking of all food and drink items was lacking. Otherwise would definitely stay there for our next trip at the end of the year.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel description does not mention that rooms are not cleaned daily. After long ski days, we repeatedly returned late at night to find no clean towels, no toilet paper, and no tissues. One of the two elevators broke on the second day and it was not going to be repaired for a week, according to staff. On the fourth day, the second elevator also broke, forcing us to carry ski equipment up four floors. Although one elevator was later fixed, it broke again on our departure day, and we had to carry five pieces of luggage downstairs with no assistance. We were also incorrectly charged for two nights of parking ($45 per night) after briefly allowing friends (not staying at the hotel) to park for a few hours. Rooms are acceptable in size but dirty, and customer service is poor. Not recommended if you expect daily housekeeping, room service, or reliable service overall.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed skiing at Vail, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The drivers were always friendly and attentive, and bartender A C provided superb service. The bar offered a great selection. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

I loved how spotless the room was and how spacious it was. It was fun that you could turn the TV any direction and watch it from bed or the Calterra. The shower was my favorite part since the dial to turn it on is opposite from the showerhead and it had excellent water pressure

Great Hotel! The $45 parking fee that's added on at check in is unfriendly and not good business. Charge more for the room don't add a parking fee. It's like what airlines do and just as annoying and cheesey. I stayed at Marriot in Calgary same room free parking.
