Villa Lo Capo is a fantastic property located in the area of Erice, at only 12 km from San Vito Lo Capo, the most famous seaside city of this wonderful area, full of history, renowned for its incomparable charm.

This property is spread over 2 levels and offers an annex which can accommodate 4 people in total, making the max occupancy up to 12 people.

The exterior compromises a wonderful outdoor with private pool, sunbeds and sitting areas as well as external dining facilities, including wooden oven and BBQ facilities.

From the pool terrace you can easily enter the property via the glass doors, which allow a wonderful view of the surroundings even from the inside of the property.

The interior is simply stunning a prefect blend between tradition and modernity. Wooden ceilings, table and chairs with a particular style, tv, fire place, comfortable sitting chairs and a unique wooden staircase that leads up to the first floor to the bedrooms.

The well-equipped kitchen is located on this level, complete of more than the necessary, which opens to the living room, all built-in with masonry and fine elements with coloured majolica tiles according to the typical Sicilian tradition.From the kitchen you can easily access the pool area via a glass door.

On this level, there is 1 double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level too.

Moving up to the first level, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 features a double bed while the other offers 2 single beds.

Finally there is the master suite that hosts a wonderful Jacuzzi tub right in the middle of the room with breathtaking views over the sea and surrounding areas.

The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.
It is a land full of charm with its marvellous coasts, alternating steep cliffs with long beaches, archaeological remains, small villages where the most authentic traditions are still alive, make it one of the most popular and attractive tourist destinations in Sicily.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay 5 nights; in high season is 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The weekly rental price includes gas and water consumption, 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linen, final cleaning and 100 kwh of free electricity per week. Over 100 kwh it will be charged at the rate of Euro 0,50 per kwh to pay on the spot.
