This is a very convenient place to stay. There is a nice supermarket next door and it takes 15 mins walk to go to the old city where all of the attractions are located. And the owner is warm-hearted, friendly, and helpful.

Great neighbourhood!

We had a great stay! The neighbourhood has many wonderful restaurants and coffee houses. The apartment is close to old town and the many sites it offers. Vicen is a great host, easily reached if needed, and is quick to respond. We will stay here again when in Valencia.

Amazing apartment in the beautiful Ruzafa

Everything was brilliant, Valen is an amazing host that provided us with useful and detailed information, the check-in was smooth as well as the check-out. The apartment included exactly what offered in the VRBO description. Basic condiments available, water, beds for 8, internet. Great 3 bed condo with a spectacular terrace

Great host Vincen and we really enjoyed Valencia. From Paella Classes to Flamenco dances and a 4 hour sailing cruise everything was great. Nice new grocery store next door but you’ll love the terrace at the condo. We also went to the beach everyday! Highly recommend.

Perfect in Rusafa

Vincen is a very attentive and friendly landlord. The apartment was as described. The communication was excellent (although a translator had to be used). The location of the apartment was what we wanted. Shopping, eating and drinking in the immediate vicinity. Bus stops always nearby. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Ruzafa is in good hands here. If we return to this part of the city, we will take this apartment again. Thank you for the hospitality

Amazing stay in beautiful area of Valencia

I decided to stay here with my best friend after reading views about how great the area is. The reviews are accurate! This property is in a wonderful location- close to restaurants, shops. It is next to a grocery store, too! The apartment was very clean and prepared for us. We ate breakfast and dinner outside on the patio, and we would walk around the corner to a tapas restaurant or the taqueria for lunch! It was very comfortable and felt like home. Lastly, Vicen is amazing and SO kind!!!! He made sure everything was okay and answered all my questions. I would love to stay here again in the future!!!

A very lovely apartment in the heart of Ruzafa

The apartment was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for the five of us. Everything was very clean and tidy. It has got a lovely terrace and my boys loved the rather large smart TV. There's lots of space in the pantry to put away your grocery shopping and the next supermarket is literally within a minute walking distance. It is located on the first floor and there is a lift you can take. The cabinets are full of stuff you would normally have to buy and that you only need a small amount of while vacationing, such as washing detergent, cleaning supplies, shampoo, even tea, coffee and sugar. It really made us feel at home. The owner was always so helpful and friendly, we had a very pleasant Whatsapp communication throughout our stay there. I can really recommend this apartment!

A WONDERFUL INTRODUCTION TO VALENCIA

From the moment we stepped into Valente’s apartment we knew we had made an excellent choice for this, our first visit to Valencia. Spacious and airy we found everything you might possibly need…and more besides. The beds were comfortable and, even though we were staying in the bustling Ruzafa area, black out curtains ensured a good night’s sleep. There were plenty of sofas and armchairs where we could relax while planning the next trip on our itinerary. As vegetarians we do a lot of our own cooking and here again the kitchen provided all you could wish for. The washing machine worked well and, to crown it all, there was a delightful patio outside. Vincente’s apartment became a cool haven for us, after tramping the streets and riding buses during an exceptionally hot week. Vicente was the perfect hostess never intruding but always there to answer any questions we might have. She obviously cares about her guests and wants to ensure they have a lovely holiday. So many beautiful sites to visit in this charming city and insufficient time to see them all! We’re already planning to return.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Valencia und in diesem Apartment.Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.Es gibt transportable Heizungen und viele Decken, so dass auch ein Aufenthalt im Februar gemütlich ist.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert. Der Schlüssel ist digital (Nuki-App). Das war für uns neu. Hat aber dank der Einweisung des Vermieters super funktioniert.
