Disgusting place. First room I opened the door and smelled horrible, had roaches running around, and was dirty. They then changed my room to a “clean” room which obviously had not been cleaned either with dirty sheets and not even a top sheet. Oh and they stole my €100 “deposit” and didn’t return it. Next time I will sleep in the street.

I clienti si aiutano nei momenti di difficoltà

Purtroppo non ho potuto soggiornare causa ritardi aerei che non dipendevano da me , ho fatto presente la problematica ma non mi hanno capito e rimborsato . La gentilezza si vede da queste cose , tornerò a Valencia ma non in questo hotel, spostare le date con lo stesso importo sarebbe stato comunque un buon modo di poter soggiornare.

Es una ¡¡ESTAFA!!. Llegamos a la dirección donde se suponia que estaba el hotel y allí no había ningun hotel. Estuvimos más de 1h dando vueltas intentado encontrarlo, preguntado por los alrededores. Intentamos ponernos en contacto con el alojamiento y fue imposible. El número de teléfono no existia, por correo no contestaban y por un chat que había tampoco. Conclusión se quedaron con el dinero y nosotros sin hotel.

ES UNA ESTAFA

Fue lo más horrible .. hicimos la reserva el 8 de marzo .a 59€ llegamos en el hotel y nos dicen de pagar una fianza de 100€ a parte de lo que pagué por la reserva . Me dijeron que se devolvía en 7 días .. dejé pasar el tiempo y fui al hotel porque nunca me llegó el dinero me dijeron que habían lecho la devolución a la gente y problablemente sea un error , pusieron la reclamación y me dijeron de esperar otros 7 días … y jamás hicieron una devolución volví al hotel y la recepcionista me dijo de esperar tres días y NUNCA LLEGÒ dejé pasar una semana …no soy de Valencia pero me han hecho ir y volver , pagando transporte pero NUNCA ME LO DIERON …a ellos les conviene que denuncien porque el trámite es largo . La recepcionista me dijo de poner una denuncia . yo solo quería mi dinero y ya y como yo mucha gente se queja del mismo problema. Siempre que he ido a reclamar mi dinero hay gente quejándose en recepción y discutiendo con ellos . Porfavor eviten acudir ahí y OJALÁ LES SACAN DE LA PÁGINA DE HOTELES.com porque es una estafa . Tengo grabaciones de audio donde la recepcionista dice que todo está bien en mi habitación cuando salí y que no entiende porque no se me ha devuelto .asi que no es porque yo haya hecho algo en el hotel indebido . Esta última vez me han dicho de llamar a mi banco haciendo ver como que me lo habían retenido cosa que es MENTIRA . NUNCA HE TENIDO PROBLEMAS CON MI BANCO Y MUCHO MENOS DE RETENCIONES . Quien tiene su banco en BBVA LO SABE . LADRONES

Séjour de 4 nuits 5 jours

Les murs son fin , ont entends les couple a côté, la douche, les wc, Après une douche rapide ou longue , l'eau envahi la chambre .(Douche ouverte ) Quelque nuit le plafond de la chambre reste allumé. Surment la lumière du couloir ou autre . Chambre faite pour dormir et ce douché. Pas de place pour mangé , pas de chaise dans la chambre. Pas de support savon , aucune place pourrait être utilisé pour . Ni brosse à dents Pas de place pour laissé à côté. Pas de brosse wc. Positif : Le lit confortable la couverture tien bien chaud Entre libre dans la chambre par clef ou carte magnétique Situé en face d'un grand parc Petit restaurant bar a l'angle de l'hôtel très bon et super agréable Arrêt de bus proche . Métro pour aéroport pas trop loin .
