Hotel is located well to explore Valencia beaches, landmarks and 25 mins to the airport by taxi. Very nicely decorated in a elegant modern feeling style. Staff were all brilliant, they were friendly, inviting and made us feel welcomed. Hotel gym was small with enough room for 2-3max working out. Limited dumbells, 1 bench, a treadmill, cross trainer, no bikes a few machines with very little weight, so good for a light workout. Nice and quiet, clean and safe location with beautiful views of the city. The times we went to the beach it was either 10 mins taxi ride or 20 mins leisurely bicycle ride or on one night we walked backed from the beach which was about 50 mins in a tipsyish state. If you do want to borrow a beach towel, note it is a 5 euro charge and not free like every other hotel I have been too.

The hotel is definitely 5 star. Outdoor pool is nice. A lot of toilet accessories (e.g., tooth brush, paste, comb, shoe cloth, sewing kit, etc...) are provided. All the staff are very friendly. Location is good. You can walk to the museum, science center, aquarium (20-30min) as well as the downtown Valencia (also 20-30min). I took a bus to the beach and took about 20 min. Rafael from the afternoon shift was very helpful to show me where to buy bus ticket card and how to use the bus system. He provided me a lot of good suggestions of the site seeing and food. Thank you, Rafael.

Stayed here many times over the years and the quality hasn’t gone down at all. All the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the foyer and breakfast room again very good. Superb breakfast with lots of buffet options.

Comfortable and friendly

Great hotel in a good location equidistant between the beach and the old city. Comfortable, modern and with friendly staff, good breakfast and high hygiene and cleaning standards. My only disappointment was in the fitness facilities. There were no towels available in the gym, there were no cleaning tissues to wipe down equipment, rarely no cups for the water, no air conditioning (which made working out in the afternoon unbearable in the heat - it must be the only room in the hotel without air conditioning and of course the one that needs it most!) and the equipment could do with a refresh.

Modern hotel well situated for frequent buses. Excellent restaurant. Very nice rooftop bar, but irritatingly it closed in the afternoon; would have bern nice to use in the evening. Good rooftop pool, but strangely needed to book the sauna. In spite of those negatives, would recommend.

Great hotel and our suite was huge. The aircon wasn’t working when we arrived and the room was very warm However the maintenance man came immediately and got it sorted. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
