Great location, staff are absolutely amazing. Great bit of advice from another review which we took advantage of, make use of their sister Hotel as it is central located and whilst this hotel has a Pool their sister Hotel has an amazing view from the pool overlooking the three cities. You can use it for free just like reception now. All in all a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. We were initially assigned a different room than the one we booked, so we immediately requested a change. Michael worked hard to switch us and managed to get us a room with a window. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were especially friendly. Great communication pre-stay! Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful 24 hour reception, wonderful greetings and always making sure everything was making your holiday pleasant. Since the hotel is located on the side street, there’re some steps to getting down and up to: from the hotel. It’s very quiet but 10 mins walk to Republic Square. Many restaurants and busy area nearby. The room we stayed has a tiny window which can’t see anything or use it properly. So the room is dark and no fresh air. Air conditioning is needed in this case. It’s quiet and cool. Good selection of breakfast. Very friendly staff.
