The house is on the first floor, and consists of a living room with open kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable stay: bed with a comfortable mattress, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a full stay: kitchen equipped with dishes for cooking and dining, microwave oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, comfortable sofa bed, dining table, hairdryer, iron and iron. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
